Get a head start before hockey trials or even learn some new ways that you can exercise!
You don't need to be fit to do this programme, it is for your personal improvement, for motivation and to learn new things.
This is the will be the third year this programme has run and we have had some awesome results in the past!
6 week program includes:
Fitness testing- to see how much you have improved over the 6 weeks
Fitness Programme- yours to keep to follow and record what you do
Exercise & Stretching diagrams- In the exercise programme to help you do the correct technique
Group Sessions- to keep you on track and see how everyone else is doing
There will be two groups:
Juniors - 13-18 years
Open- 18 years +
Testing days: Tuesday 31st Janurary
Tuesday 7th March
Group Sessions: Thursdays 2nd Feb- 9th March
