Body Weight Challenge

I hope you are all preparing for lockdown, which is only hours away. While you are all confined to your homes we thought we would provide you with some body weight exercises to follow. These may help the days and weeks pass a little faster.
The Daily Body Weight Challenge has 5 exercises to do each day. The challenge is to do each exercise for at least 30 seconds, video your best exercise and post this to instgram @otagohockey

We have also set a weekly body weight challenge where you can do these exercises 2 or 3 times a week. There are more of these to do but we challenge you to do each exercise for 30 seconds, video your best exercise and post this to instgram @otagohockey

If you have some space or want to go running we have included a 6 week running program for you to follow. So when hockey does start up again you are ready to go.
