Otago Hockey Membership Survey

With the Government announcement yesterday that we are starting to move down in the Covid- 19 Alert levels, we are aiming at kicking it up a gear with our preparations for the 2020 season ahead. You may have also seen the form that was put up on Facebook from Sport NZ about alert levels for sport; we will be using this as a tool to assist us.
We have also formulated two surveys that we are hoping can give us the most accurate picture of where our wider community are sitting in terms of readiness and expectations in returning to hockey.
Firstly, our Otago Hockey Community Survey. Can we please ask that this is forwarded on to all of your players/ coaches/ managers/ umpires etc so that we can collect as much information as possible.
Secondly, our Otago Hockey School Participant Survey. We please ask that this is shared around our school hockey community (all years) so we can collect as much information as possible to guide our approach to the upcoming season.
