2026 Otago U16 National Tournament Teams Named
Otago Hockey is pleased to announce the 2026 Otago U16 National Tournament Teams.
Thank you to all players for your effort, commitment and hard work throughout the trial process. The standard of hockey was extremely high, making the final selection decisions particularly challenging.
Congratulations to all players selected for the National Tournament teams.
Otago Hockey would also like to acknowledge the commitment and strong performances of our Year 10 players who, due to Hockey New Zealand age eligibility requirements, were not eligible for selection for the National Tournament.
These players, together with those who were eligible but were not selected for the National Tournament teams, now have the opportunity to represent Otago at the Regional Tournament in Christchurch.
We congratulate all players on their efforts throughout the selection process and look forward to seeing them represent Otago.
