Otago Hockey administers a number of representative teams which take part in National and Regional Tournaments. Our representative programme starts with our Hatch and Collier teams at the Under 13 age group and also includes boys and girls teams at the Under 15 and Under 18 levels.

Otago Hockey is committed to providing quality hockey experiences to as many participants as possible. Development teams are also selected at the U13, U15 and U18 levels for both boys and girls. This provides a wider group with an opportunity to experience tournament style play and develop important hockey and life skills. Fantastic hockey experiences which build life long connections to the sport of Hockey is one of the key drivers of our youth representative programme.

Our representative programme also includes the Otago National Hockey Championship Men & Women's teams as well as Masters who also attend national tournaments.

One of the goals of our representative programme is to develop a number of players to the required level for the HNZ Performance Network and then ultimately onto the Black Sticks.
