Scholarship Applications Open

Otago Hockey is now accepting applications for our Scholarships with the Otago Polytechnic. Applications will close at 5pm Friday 25 October.
There has been some changes in these for 2025 and updated information on these is below.
We are grateful of this opportunity that has been provided by the Otago Polytechnic and proud to neighbour and partner with one of Dunedin’s finest organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity to study at a world class tertiary provider while extending your hockey.
The Selection Panel shall consider the following factors in awarding the scholarships:
• Academic background and plans for study at Otago Polytechnic.
• Demonstrate excellence, or potential too, in performance as either a player, umpire, coach and/or club administrator.
• Demonstrate leadership, or potential to, in performance as either a player, umpire, coach and/or club administrator.
